Natalia Casado Désulmé is a dynamic force at Young Law, serving as Partner in the Litigation and Employment Law. Since joining the firm in 2017, she has carved out a reputation as a bold and trusted advocate, delivering high-stakes results across commercial litigation, employment disputes, real estate law, personal injury claims, and medical negligence cases.
Admitted to the Jamaican Bar in 2016, Natalia’s legal career is built on a foundation of global insight and academic excellence. A graduate of Grinnell College in Iowa with a degree in Political Science, Natalia’s worldview was sharpened during her four-year tenure at the United Nations Headquarters in New York City, where she engaged with policy at the highest international levels.


Driven to use the law as a tool for justice and impact, Natalia returned to the Caribbean to pursue legal studies at the University of the West Indies, Mona. There, she quickly distinguished herself as a top legal mind—representing UWI at the prestigious Caribbean Court of Justice Moot Court Competition in Trinidad, where her team placed 2nd overall and was recognized as Best Academic Institution, a major win for UWI’s Faculty of Law.
Natalia earned her Bachelor of Laws with Honours and completed her legal training at Norman Manley Law School, graduating in 2016. Her ability to balance sharp legal strategy with client-centered advocacy has earned her deep respect in and out of the courtroom.
Fluent in French and Haitian Creole, Natalia brings a rare international versatility to her practice—bridging cultures, legal systems, and industries with ease.
Whether she’s litigating complex disputes or structuring high-value property transactions, Natalia Casado Désulmé is a rising star in Jamaican law—respected for her intellect, trusted for her precision, and relentless in pursuit of results.
Outside of work, Natalia enjoys traveling, watching documentaries, and immersing herself in music—especially World Music. She is also passionate about cuisine and values spending quality time with her family and friends.
